Visual (image) search
Search by uploading a photo instead of typing words — results are ranked by visual and semantic similarity to the image.
An uploaded image is embedded into the same vector space used for semantic text search, so “find items that look like this” becomes a nearest-neighbour lookup rather than a manual tagging exercise — useful when a shopper has a photo but not the product's name.
Visual search composes with ordinary filters: a photo can narrow results to “things that look like this” while a filter still restricts to, say, in-stock items in a given size.
